Information you give us. When you use our contact or course inquiry form (hosted by HubSpot) or email us, we collect what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, phone number, the course and training center you are interested in, funding options, and your message.

Training records. If you enroll, we collect the information needed to schedule and deliver training and to meet FAA and TSA requirements, such as pilot certificate and rating details, training history, identity and citizenship documents, and TSA approval information.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and service providers receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring page.

Our contact form is provided by HubSpot. HubSpot may set cookies and use tracking technology to recognize returning visitors, record form submissions, and help us understand how visitors use the site.

Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical information and set cookies to keep the site secure and working, and may collect privacy-focused traffic statistics.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, such as the inquiry form, may not work correctly without them.

• With service providers who help us run our business and website, such as HubSpot (forms and customer records) and Cloudflare (website delivery and security). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• With training facilities and examiners involved in delivering your training.
• With the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), or other government authorities when required by law or regulation.
• When needed to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a legal process.

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up about training. We keep training records for as long as FAA, TSA, or other legal requirements call for, and otherwise only as long as we reasonably need them for business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and training programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law.
• You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us.
• You can control cookies through your browser settings.
